PURPOSE:To easily obtain non-alkaline and non-corrosive setting accelerating agent, flash setting agent, hardening accelerating agent, antifreezing agent, etc., not occurring alkali aggregate reaction by compounding basic MgCO3 and water-soluble aminoalcohol. CONSTITUTION:0.5-10 pts.wt. basic MgCO3 such as 4MgCO3.Mg(OH)2.4H2O, 0.005-0.08 pts.wt. water-soluble aminoalcohol such as triethanol amine and 0.1-2.0 pts.wt. high performance water reducing agent such as melamine formaldehyde condensate contg. sulfo group are compounded to obtain an additive for hydraulic cement. A hydraulic cement composition is produced, as occasion demands, by adding and mixing above mentioned additive to hydraulic cement such as slag cement so as to be 0.5-10wt.% basic MgCO3, 0.01-0.08wt.% water-soluble aminoalcohol and 0.1-2.0wt.% high performance water reducing agent. |
