The flux for brazing ferrous or stainless steel under inert gas, manufactured by pasting a solvent with copper or nickel powder, easily brazes complexed parts. The method for preparing brazing flux comprises; making gel-phase solvent by heating propylenen glycol, stearc acid and sodium hydoxide; mixing the gel-pahse solvent with ethylene glycol or diethylene glycol; and mixing the above result with the copper or nickel power.
