PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce foreign matter on the surface of a film and to obtain excellent rear surface non-transfer properties and the excellent adhesiveness with a silicone coating film by providing an easy adhesive coating film on the single surface of a polyester film by using an aq. coating soln. containing a specific polyester resin and a compd. having a specific amt. of an oxirane group in its molecule. SOLUTION: Polyethylene terephthalate is melted and a film like molten polymer is extruded and quenched to form a non-stretched film which is, in turn, longitudinally stretched to obtain a uniaxially stretched film. An aq. coating soln. containing 3wt.% of a compsn. consisting of 78 pts.wt. of copolyester, 10 pts.wt. of glycerine triglicydyl ether, 2 pts.wt. of 2,4,6-tris(dimethylamino) phenol acetate and 10 pts.wt. of an ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymer in terms of a solid is applied to the single surface of the uniaxially stretched film. This coated film is dried to be laterally stretched by 3.9 times and heat-treated at 205 deg.C to obtain a laminated film with a total thickness of 41μm and a coating film thickness of 0.04μm.
