PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate the adjustment of solder factor and make the adjustment speedy and correct by applying inputted solder amount frequency data to a membership function regarding various solder factors and operating the adjustment quantities of the solder factors to be adjusted. SOLUTION: Frequency data showing whether solder is excessive or deficient at a current soldering part 7 are operated by a frequency arithmetic part from images of plural substrates 1, soldered by the solder machining part 7, which are picked up by a camera 2. An adjustment quantity arithmetic means 4 applies the excessive or deficient frequency data operated by the frequency arithmetic part 3 to membership functions regarding condition parts by solder factors stored in a membership function storage means to find the degrees of excessive adaptivity and the degrees of deficient adaptivity. Their gravity center positions are operated to find the height adjustment quantities of waves. They are outputted to respective actuator driving devices for a soldering part 7 to adjust the wave heights. |
