PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the smells, spores, fungi, bacterial and microorganisms existing in the excrement of animals ineffectual by incorporating the first component of power contg. a mixture composed of materials based on diatomaceous earth and calcium and materials based on sulfur into the above component. SOLUTION: The first component contains the materials based on diatomaceous earth and calcium and the materials based on the sulfur. The second component contains one among sand, timber powder and cement mix or mixtures composed thereof. The first component occupies 10 to 30%. more preferably 20% of the compsn. The diatomaceous earth occupies 6 to 18%, more preferably 12% of the compsn. The materials based on the calcium contain the products selected form lime CaO, soda lime CaO+NaOH and hydrated lime Ca(OH)2 and a mixture composed of calcium hypochlorite CaCl2 O. This calcium hypochlorite occupies 1 to 3%, more preferably 2% of the compsn. The products selected from the lime, the soda lime and the hydrated lime occupies 2.5 to 7.5%, more preferably 5% of the compsn.
