PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve by which air leakage from a pressure device and influence of pulsation can be eliminated. SOLUTION: Pressure supplied from a pump 211 is supplied to a diaphragm chamber 5 through a passage 1, an air chamber 2, a passage 3 and a passage 4 so as to be pressurized. When further pressurized, a diaphragm 11 is gradually deformed below Figure, and an end part 12 overcomes the elasticity of a spring 13 so as to push down a valve 14. That is, the valve 14 is closed. As a result, pressure in the air chamber 2 is supplied to a lower side diaphragm chamber 7 by being passed through the passage 6 of the valve 14. When the air pump 211 is stopped and air leakage occurs in the inside of the air pump 211, pressure in the diaphragm chamber 5 is decreased, and the diaphragm 11 is upwardly pushed up by pressure in a lower right side diaphragm chamber 7 so that the closed condition of the vale 14 is retained. As a result, pressure in an air chamber 9 is also retained. |
