PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam building-up device having the function to have double pipe nozzles capable of supplying powder coaxially with a laser beam and to be arranged a sensor capable of measuring the plasma luminance at a processing point on the processing direction side of these double pipe nozzles at all times. SOLUTION: This device has the double pipe nozzles 3, 11 for supplying the powder capable of supplying the powder 4 for building-up coaxially with the laser beam 1 and is arranged with the plasma sensor 7 for measuring the plasma luminance at the processing point 5 on the processing direction 8 side. Then, the variations in build-up quality are decreased, the accuracy of monitoring is improved and the adaptation to large-sized parts is made possible. |
