PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wasteful consumption by adjusting the ejection quantity and timing of washer liquid suitably. SOLUTION: When a vehicle glass surface W is washed using an attachment nozzle pipe 7 attached detachably and integrally to a wiper blade 1c having a nozzle hole spouting washer liquid to a reciprocating wiping-out side of a blade rubber 1d, an arm 1a of the wiper blade 1c is made to be reciprocated for the setting number of times when a washer switch is turned ON, and a washer pump 2 is operated until a wiping-out of 55%-75% in a going motion for every going motion of the arm 1a is completed, resulting in the adjustment of ejection quantity of the washer liquid.
