PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use wide X-ray beams and further to provide a tomographic image reduced in blurs. SOLUTION: While using image information detected by an X-ray image detector 3, tomographic images totally for eight pieces are calculated corresponding to plural tomographic faces such as eight tomographic faces P1-P8, for example, arranged at prescribed intervals along the direction of X-ray radiation (step u1). Next, by performing convolution processing while using image informations more than one pieces among the respective tomographic images while paying attention upon any specified tomographic image among eight tomographic images, the blur removal of specified tomographic image is performed (step u2). Further, blur removal is performed concerning tomographic images more than two among respective tomographic images, the tomographic images, from which blurs are removed, are mutually added and a final synthetic tomographic image is provided (step u3). |
