PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set the rise of supplied oil pressure to a starting clutch to a desired characteristics in a mechanical automatic transmission, SOLUTION: A first orifice 31 and an accumulator 20 are provided on a first oil path 30 for leading the output oil pressure of a manual valve 12 to a starting clutch C2 , and a second orifice 33, having an opening smaller than that of the first orifice, is provided on a second oil path 32 in parallel to the oil path 30. A third oil path 37, for leading the output oil pressure of the manual valve via a third orifice 36, is connected to one end of a timing valve 22 for opening/closing the oil paths 30 and 32. When the manual valve is switched to a travel range from a neutral range, oil pressure is gradualy supplied to the starting clutch via the second orifice 33 of the second oil path 32, to be supplied quickly, with a given time delayed, via the orifice 31 of the oil path 30. |
