There is provided a supplementary impact restraint door comprised of a polyurethane foam and a vinyl skin laminated to the polyurethane foam. The polyurethane foam contains no tertiary amine based catalyst. There is also provided a polyol composition containing a polyoxyalkylene polyether polyol having a functionality of less than three and terminated with primary hydroxyl groups, and a crosslinking polyol having a functionality of three or more and a hydroxyl number of 200 or more, along with a polyurethane and/or polyisocyanurate catalyst which is free of tertiary amine centers. The polyol composition, when reacted with an organic isocyanate, produces a polyurethane foam which has a proper produce of tensile strength and elongation to allow the airbag to deploy and split the foam without fragmenting the foam.
