摘要 The present invention refers to an improved brick manufacturing machine, which operates by pulley, gear, sprocket and chain mechanisms that control mill and injector strength and speed, thereby allowing the following advantages: A) It works with any type of clay or mud for the manufacture of bricks. B) It is possible to modify working conditions such as injection and filling speed, without the need to make adjustments. C) Mill size is relatively shorter than that of conventional ones. D) It works with a wide range of material sizes entering the mill. E) It is considerably less expensive. F) It produces twice or thrice as much as a conventional machine. G) A mixture homogeneity is assured by its worm system comprising vertical and horizontal blades, unique in the market. H) Due to the pulverizing open blade worm system, the worm comprising vertical and horizontal blades, in addition to injecting vanes forming a single system with the gears, pulleys, sprockets, chains and bands arrangement, movement and strength is transmitted to the main body, thereby facilitating, accelerating and improving production, utilizing low horsepower motors. The object of the present invention is to provide a machine for the manufacturing of bricks totally different from those currently available in the market, due to a novel internal construction, the main characteristic of which is that it gathers therein the advantages of some machines already available in the market.
