The equipment has a disc (10) which is larger then the hole (3) in the panel (1) in one or more directions, and which has at least one opening for a fastening bolt. The opening has a pawl or ratchet element in order to grip onto the fastening bolt, and the disc element can be slid onto this in a simple manner, away from the free end of the bolt, while its removal is impeded. One bolt opening may lie outside the centre of gravity of the disc element.
