The invention relates to a process for producing an organic/inorganic complex containing an encapsulated inorganic filler which has improved mechanical properties. The process comprises the steps of: combining an inorganic filler encapsulated with an organic monomer, an organic monomer and an additive; pouring the mixture into a mold; curing the molded article. Said organic monomer is selected from stylene, metacrylate, methylmetacrylate, acrylonitryl, vinylacetate, acrylamide, unsaturated polyester, or a mixture of two or more of these monomers.
