One of the manufacturing stages covers the application of a paint to the discs. In an earlier stage the discs have been subjected to an aluminium coating by cathode material depositing, and in a later stage will be submitted to a hardening in an ultraviolet light, and an inspection. During the machine manufacturing stage, for application of paint, a closed chamber (10) is used which is provided with a door (12) and walls (11) of stainless steel. In the chamber are components (13,14,15) necessary for handling a paint fluid, such as a make-up bowl, a filter (110), a paint tank (13), a pump head (111) and a paint separating column (14). The remaining paint-sensitive components, such as a pump motor (112) and the electronic circuitry, are installed in connection with but outside the chamber. |
