The underlying structure has a retainer (2) with a U-shaped cross=section with four walls (21-24) and two fastening flanges (25,26). The retainer is fastened to an inner side of the frame. A covering element (6) is inserted into the retainer, and has at least one side web, and a rear wall element (61) in which a hollow body (64) with at least one closed side is arranged. The hinge part is secured to a clamping plate (3) by a guide screw (4), which has an elongated head (41), on which the hollow body is stuck, and which is connected to a threaded bolt (43). The bolt has a recess (42) in order to guide the clamping plate.
