PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-hardness elastic polyurethane foam suitable for use as a different-hardness automotive sheet while keeping the viscosity of the polyol low by using a specified polyol mixture as the polyol and using a specified crosslinking agent and using water as a foaming agent. SOLUTION: In a process for producing a high-hardness elastic polyurethane foam by reacting a polyol (A) with a crosslinking agent (B) and an organic polyisocyanate (C) in the presence of a catalyst (D), a foam stabilizer and water as a foaming agent. Component A is a polyol mixture comprising a polyetherpolyol (a) having an average active hydrogen equivalent of 800-2,000 and a terminal prim. hydroxyl content of 50-90% and a polymer polyol (b) prepared by polymerizing a vinyl monomer in a polyol and containing 10-30 pts.wt. vinyl polymer per 100 pts.wt. total of components (a) and (b), component B is a crosslinking agent comprising trimethylopropane and is used in an amount of 1-5 pts.wt, per 100 pts.wt. component A, and the blowing agent comprising water is used in a amount of 2-5 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. component A. |
