FIELD: chemical technology, fish industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves reesterification of raw (technical fat of hydrocoles), sulfuric acid removing, fractionation and isolation of the end product. Method involves the use of a single solvent, sulfuric acid is removed with tap water and the end product is isolated by vacuum molecular distillation. Preparations based on concentrate of polyunsaturated higher fatty acid ethyl esters were used for therapy of atherosclerosis, ischemia and hypertension. EFFECT: simplified method, decreased reagents consumption, increased yield of the end product. |
