FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: the offered complex has interconnected in the process the following components: machine for opening of tap hole, machine for stopping of tap hole, both machines located on cars with guide sections, road for cars, guide mechanism, mechanism for pressing the machines for tap hole opening and stopping to furnace. The latter mechanism is installed on guide mechanism for acting on stops of tap hole opening and stopping machines in their rear part. In this case, distance from the machine front part to stops and position of stops in height are similar for both machines. Mechanism for pressing the machines for tap hole opening and stopping to furnace may be located from the side of guide mechanism and is made in form of drive hinged with adjustable in length pusher by means of turning bell-crank. Stops are used in form of rear rollers of tap hole opening and stopping machines, and distance from front parts of machines to rear axles are similar for both marines. EFFECT: provision of perfected complex making possible to withdraw the mechanism for pressing the machines to furnace from hot zone and to improve reliability of its operation, maintainability and convenience in servicing and to simplify the complex design and reduce its mass. 4 cl, 5 dwg |
