FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: working member 6 is placed in cylindrical casing 1 fixed on frame 2 with possibility of inclination relative to horizontal plane. Casing 1 has heating element 5, hopper 3 for loading and hole 4 for unloading the product. Novelty is that working member 6 is made in the form of perforated drum 8 with auger 7 on outer surface, and additional auger 10 on inner surface. Augers 7 and 10 have opposite directions of winding. As a result, cereal puffs and heat carrier are moved in opposite directions. Heat carrier returns in working zone, while ready product, moves to outlet hole 4. Thanks to inclination of casing 1 relative to horizontal plane, separation of ready product from heat carrier is more efficient. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg |
