FIELD: manufacture of crankshafts. SUBSTANCE: crankshaft 2 is installed on centers 1 along the axis of its main journals 3 and given rotary motion round main journals. In so doing mirror 6 is set to position ensuring direction of beam 5 along the normal to journal element, and beam 5 is moved along journal element from initial to end section to heat journal. Then, mirror 6 is set to position ensuring the direction of beam 5 along the normal to generating line 8 running through central zone 9 of bearing fillet, and one bearing fillet is heated. The other bearing fillet is heated by orienting beam 5 along the normal to its tangent. Crankpins are treated by rotating the crankshaft round axis of the crankpins, and beam 5 is oriented in similar manner with orientation in treatment of main journals. Bearing fillets of crankpins are treated by orientation of beam 5 in manner similar to that in treatment of main journals bearing fillets. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 4 dwg |
