PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the generation of tear of web and the generation of enlargement of perforation length so as to improve the quality of perforation by having a device, which is connected to a housing, for changing a center-to- center distance between a first barrel and a second barrel. SOLUTION: An eccentric housing 20 is moved by an eccentric actuator 18 so as to be rotated around a center line of a perforating barrel, namely, a cutter barrel 22 and a blade rest barrel 23. Each stab shaft of the barrel is supported by a bearing 21 in the eccentric housings 20 of a work side and a gear side. With this structure, both the barrels 22, 23, which cooperate with each other, maintain the null gain, and the accurate perforation is performed, and the generation of enlargement of perforation length during the time when a perforating member on both the cooperating barrels 22, 23 contact with each other is eliminated. Since both the barrels 22, 23 are fitted freely to be moved, a web of the material to be passed through is always positioned at the center of a nip, and the lateral perforation is accurately performed. |
