FIELD: medicine, pediatry, immunology, oncology. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of P-protein level in blood plasma at period of therapeutic leukopenia at acute leukosis before "ГБО"-therapy and after 1, 3, 5 seances. Decrease of P-protein content up to normal indices indicates the effectiveness of immunocorrecting action of "ГБО"-therapy. EFFECT: increased precision and sensitivity of method. |
