PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly judge a printing state from a small printing state judgement image. SOLUTION: A print head with a plurality of nozzles working as an ink discharge port is used as a recording part 11. The plurality of nozzles are separated to an upper half group La and a lower half group Lb in terms of a nozzle length. The recording part 11 is first scanned in a direction of an arrow B, and a left half 17b of a footer mark 17 is recorded with the use of the lower half group Lb of nozzles. Then, a recording paper 16 is transferred by a length of 1/2L in a direction of an arrow A. The recording part 11 is scanned in the B direction and a right half 17a of the footer mark 17 is recorded with the use of the upper half group La of nozzles. |
