PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent an electrostatic shock by one contact operation by holding one end by the hand and bringing the other end into contact with a target object to instantaneously discharge the high voltage and static electricity accumulated in the target object or human body through a high resistor. SOLUTION: A conductive block (CB) 1 is formed of a good conductor such as metal, and pressed to a target object to electrically make contact with it. A CB 4 is similarly formed of a good conductor, and held by the hand in use, thereby being electrically brought into contact with a human body. A high resistor 3 has a resistance value of about l-3MΩ, and it is arranged between the CB 1, 4 to electrically connect the both to each other. An insulator case 2 electrically isolates the CB 1, 4 from the high resistor 3. A ring 5 is mounted on the CB 4 so as to be installable to a key holder. According to this constitution, an electrostatic shock can be perfectly avoided by one contact operation, and the inconvenience in carrying is solved.
