At this time, the developer regulating means 70 is provided with the blade 71 which is brought into press-contact with the periphery of the developing roller 40 and made of plate glass having flexibility, a supporting plate 72 attached to the blade 71 and an elastic energizing means 73 consisting of plural spring members which are arranged at the rear of the supporting plate 72 with certain intervals in the width direction.
