DEVICE FOR UTILIZATION OF WORN TYRES

FIELD: methods of polymeric materials utilization, in particular processing of rubber technical pieces (worn out tires) using gas dynamic forced action on piece after its preliminary cooling down to temperature of embrittlement to produce secondary raw material from rubber. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has: detonation pipe 1 with system for filling with burning gas mixture 2, working chamber 3 joined open end of detonating pipe 1, initial pressure sensor 4, firing inflammable mixture unit 5 in detonation pipe; deflector 6 with conical working surface mounted on supporting plate 7 of working chamber 3 and with its top turned to open end of detonation pipe 1; separating working chamber from inner cavity of detonation pipe mean 8 made in the form of elastic plate; impact wave sensor 9 located between separating mean 8 and open end of detonation pipe; synchronization system 10, output of which is connected to firing unit 5 and input - to shock wave sensor 9; tire 11 cooled down to embrittlement. Accuracy of synchronization of tire inner volume filling with inflammable gasses mixture process with moment of initiation of inflammable mixture firing decrease leakage of inflammable mixture on tire outer surface to minimum and so decreases losses of inflammable mixture and increases intensity of detonating wave, that is increases forced action on tire. EFFECT: improved worn out tires process.
