PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder image recording device capable of making a uniform surface of a toner which need not be previously charged electrically and also need not be clouded for scattering it by an electric field and does not stick to a recording paper on a non-recording position in a carrier when used, and making a uniform and smooth supply of the toner to a recording position. SOLUTION: This powder image recording device has a slit 9 formed of a drawn thin plate and a toner hopper 7 with a spring resilience in the longitudinal direction. If a vibration is given in the spring resilient direction, a toner in the toner hopper 7 is transferred to one side by a mutual action between the spring resilience and the vibration. In addition, the toner is transferred in one direction by a varying degree of acceleration in this vibratory direction to make a uniform surface of the toner. The vibration of the toner hopper 7 is generated by causing a rotor 10 with a stepped part provided on the peripheral face to come into contact with the outer face of the toner hopper 7 and thereby rotate the toner hopper 7. |
