发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING POROUS BUILDING MATERIAL
摘要 FIELD: production of light-weight building materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed material is produced by mixing together solid carbon dioxide with gypsum binder and tempering water. Solid carbon dioxide having particle size up to 1 mm is obtained by throttling liquid carbon dioxide from initial pressure 50-60 atm down to 1 atm. Solid carbon dioxide is added into tempering water simultaneously with gypsum binder in form of gypsum having half-molecule of water. Method can be used for producing cellular aerated concretes, aerated mortars and aerated gypsums. It can be used in building practice, in industrial and civil construction for manufacturing light-weight structural elements, such as partitions, wall panels and blocks possessing superior heat-insulating properties and low density. EFFECT: enhanced strength of porous building material; lower solid carbon dioxide consumption.
