SUBSTANCE: die for forming flight from sheet material, mainly, for auger has upper and lower parts with impressions whose jointing planes are made over helical surface confined by external and internal cylindrical helixes with different helix angles and clearance between surfaces. Clearance is made diverging towards the center of internal helix in compliance with the relation offered in the invention description. Clearance may be made diverging in upper half, lower part, or diverging in both halves. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
