The heated window has a fixed frame (10) set in a wall (1), and a mobile panel to fill the frame. The panel is formed by two panes of glass (15,25) with a space (26) between them. Air circulates in this space, drawn in from outside (2), heated and delivered to the interior (3) of the building. A fan (5) forces circulation of the air between the panes. The fan is fitted to the top of the frame on the outside of the building. Outlets (28) at the bottom of the frame allow the air to pass into the room. A transparent heating element (27) is placed on the inner pane, in the space between the panes to heat the passing air.
