A shoe with an inclined inner bottom surface which includes an outer sole having a thickness increasing from its heel portion to its toe portion in such a manner that the shoe has an inner bottom surface downwardly inclined from its toe portion to its heel portion at a desired angle. The angle of the inner bottom surface ranges from 1.degree. to 20.degree.. Accordingly, even when the user walks on horizontal ground, he can obtain the same exercise effect as that obtained when he climbs a mountain for exercise. The shoe provides an effect of exercise greatly improved over typical shoes or shoes having outer soles with no heel. |
