<p>A method and a device for welding tube ends to each other while using gas protection, said device comprising plugs for introduction into each of the tubular ends, and means for introducing gas protection between the plugs in the tube ends, according to the invention the plugs are individually displaceable within the tubes in directions away from each other thereby allowing the plugs to be displaced away from each other within the tubes during introduction of the gas protection, in accordance with the method.</p> |
