Printer with distribution stations

The assembly comprising a printer (1), while a station (2) has a large receptacle (3) for receiving sheets from the printer. The station has at least two trays (32) for receiving sheets from the printer. A sheet guide (1a) with a U-shaped outer surface and a U-shaped inner surface which bends the sheets between the outer surface and the inner surface about an axis parallel to the direction of movement of the sheets into a U-shape for transfer within the guide in the U-shape. The guide is located above the printer and the stations and connects the printer and the stations for receiving printed sheets transported in a vertical direction from the printer then to bend the sheets and laterally direct them along the guide to a selected one of the stations.
