PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave circuit device small in size and simple in manufacturing process by selecting a dielectric constant of a required part of a dielectric board being a component of a microstrip line higher than a dielectric constant of a dielectric board. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a high dielectric layer 7 whose dielectric constant is higher than that of a dielectric board 2. Thus, a high dielectric layer 7 whose dielectric constant is higher than that of a dielectric constant of the dielectric board 2 is formed to a required part of the dielectric board 2 being a component of the microstrip line 1 of the microwave circuit device in this way, then the effective dielectric constant of the required part together with the high dielectric layer 7 and a dielectric board 6 is set higher. Since the wavelength of the required part of the microstrip line is selected shorter, the occupied area of a strip conductor on the surface of the dielectric board is naturally made smaller, resulting that miniaturization is realized. |
