PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a surface difficult to be contaminated by fitting a solar panel onto a fire-protection fence, clean the surface easily if it is contaminated, and attain energy saving. SOLUTION: Columns 11, 11 are planted in the upper part of a fire-protection fence, and a shaft 14 mounted on the upper part of the base 13 of a solar panel 6 is fitted onto a shaft hole 12 open in the column 11. At the lower part of the fire-protection fence, a stopper rod 15 is installed, and its end is inserted into one of a plurality of holes 16, 16... open at the side of the base 13. The solar panel 6 is rotated according to the angle of sunlight, the end of the stopper rod 15 is inserted into the hole 16, and the solar panel 6 is set at the optimum angle of much power generation. Electric energy generated by a solar cell 17 applied onto the base is fed to a battery through a transmission line 18. |
