FIELD: mechanical engineering; repair by surfacing. SUBSTANCE: installation has base 1 on which carriage is installed for movement along guides 3 relative to shaft 4 to be repaired by surfacing. Shaft is fixed in chucks 5, 6. Carriage is coupled with lead screw 7 rotated by motor 8. Welding head mounted on carriage is made in form of frame with bottom 9 and walls. Walls are intercoupled by rods on which slide is mounted which has walls 15, 16, 17, 18. Bracket 19 mounted on wall 15 is coupled through hinge joint 20 with pincers 21. One end of pincers is coupled through hinge joint 22 with rod 23 of power cylinder connected by clamp and rod with post of bracket secured to wall 18. Roller electrode 30 is mounted on other end of pincers by means of axle 29. Bracket 31 coupled through hinge joint 32 with pincers 33 is mounted on lower wall. One end of pincers 33 is connected with rod of power cylinder through hinge joint. Power cylinder 36 is connected by clamp 37 and rod 38 with post 39 of bracket 28. Pincers 33 are passed through aperture 40 of wall 10 and are provided with roller electrode 41 on its other end. Roller electrode is coupled with end of pincers by means of axle 42. Slide travel motion drive is arranged in aperture of wall 11. Drive is made in form of power cylinder secured on wall 11. EFFECT: improved quality of repair. 5 cl, 4 dwg |
