PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use the entire communication band possessed by a multiplexer by assigning dynamically a communication band of a multiplexer to an inter-network routers. SOLUTION: Clocks 11, 21 are used to send a variable synchronizing clock to decide a communication speed in communication speed revision devices 12, 22, depending on a data communication amount. Communication speed revision devices 32, 43 receives the clocks to revise a communication speed of communication channels 40, 60 based on an idle state of a communication band managed by communication band management devices 13, 23. Simultaneously the communication band management devices 13, 23 assigns the communication band of the communication channel 90 to routers 30, 40 according to a communication band assignment schedule. Furthermore, data buffer monitor devices 31, 41 makes request of communication speed revision to the communication speed revision devices 12, 22 via the communication speed revision devices 32, 42 depending on a size of an idle area in the routers 30, 40. Thus, the entire communication band of the multiplexer is dynamically assigned and used effectively. |
