This device prevents a misoperation of the output signal when shifting four wheeled drive, 4H(High) drive, 4L(Low) drive, to reduce cost and to enhance productivity by dropping down the friction coefficient. PCB, electrically connected with outside, the contact, fitted to the conductive pattern formed on the above PCB, the epoxy plate which is forcibly fixed to the shaft having drive means by forming the conductive pattern for coming in contact with the above contact, and the lubricant, coated with one front face of the epoxy plate including the conductive pattern to reduce the contact and the coefficient at the time of rotation of the above epoxy plate.
