FIELD: ion-exchange membranes. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ion-exchange membranes based on carbonfluoride polymers with sulfonylfluoride functional groups possessing high electric conductivity in electrolysis (electrodialysis) processes with electrolyte aqueous solutions. Membrane is treated with liquid swelling-initiating agents for a period of time long enough to increase moisture absorption of membrane by at least 1%, whereupon membrane is heated at 100 C for 30 min. According to invention, membrane is treated with organic acid amides or their 10-20% aqueous solutions at 90 C and atmospheric pressure. EFFECT: increased membrane conductivity due to altered structure.
