摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of measurement by providing an electrode member in a support and covering the barrier wall between them with a thin film having mesh smaller than that of a carrier being added to a sample water and then filling the inside thereof with an electrolyte. SOLUTION: A cathode 26 and an annular anode 27 are disposed at the inner lower part of the support 25 tar a dissolving oxygen electrode 20. A thin film 30 is provided at a position covering the underside of a barrier wall 28 formed between the anode 27 and support 25 using an O ring 29 and the inside of thin film 30 is filled with an electrolyte 31. A protective mesh 35 is provided at a position covering the thin film 30 and the mesh thereof is set smaller than that of carrier (diameter; 3-4mm) being added to a sample water, e.g. about 2mm. Since the mesh 35 prevents the carrier in sample water from touching the thin film 30 directly and protects the thin film 30 having low strength against deterioration and abrasion, noise is eliminated from the measurement and the measurement error is minimized.
