<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and effectively use a set space without being restrained so much by the set place of a device, and to concentrically operate a device from the front side and either the right or the left side of the device main body by intensively arranging all the operating parts on a working surface constituted of the upper surface, the front surface, and either the right or the left side surface of the device. SOLUTION: An image input terminal 2 provided with an automatic document feeding mechanism and a document scanning reading mechanism, and a control panel for operating a digital copying machine are set on the upper surface 1a of a device housing 1. A discharging port 4 for such an image carrier as a paper and a film carrying an image on its upper part is formed to be protruded from the general surface of a right side surface 1b on the surface 1b being the working surface in the housing 1. Both paper feeding directions of all the housing cassettes 6a to 6e and the paper discharging direction of the discharging port 4 face to the surface 1b being the working surface from a left side surface 1c side being non-working surface.</p> |
