SOLUTION: The optical fiber array member 4 which has a 1st optical fiber 3 adhered and fixed in a 1st optical fiber fixation groove, the movable arm 6 to which a 2nd optical fiber 5 is adhered and fixed, a guide rail 28, the movable arm driving mechanism A, and the coupling position selecting mechanism B are fixed on the base plate 30. For inspection, each base plate 30 is dipped in the reflection inhibitor P. Namely, a sealing plug 52 is detached from a lid part 2B and the reflection inhibitor P is charged into the sealed case 2 through an injection hole 51a.
