PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for an expert measurement personnel, to unnecessitate installation space and to reduce adjustment time and also preparation expense by providing a magnetic polar sphere, a parameter setting member, a base having a setting face with a longitude scale, and an adjustment/attachment.detachment mechanism. SOLUTION: A cross point between a diametrical circle and a diameter of a magnetic polar sphere 1 is indicated on the sphere 1 as A, a half circle of the diametrical circle passing through the point A toward the magnetic pole N is drawn in a red line and denoted as N, the other half line is drawn in a white line and denoted as S. A diametrical circle on which the latitudes of 0 deg. and 180 deg. are indicated is arranged on the surface of a spherical body of a parameter setting member 2 and a scale of the latitude 0 to±90 deg. is written on the line, and a cross point between the diameter of the sphere and the point of±90 deg. is denoted as a point B. The reference scales N, S and the longitude scales are made at opposite positions passing through the center at the circumferential ridge of a semi-imbeded circular hole of the base 6 and the scales N, S are extended up to a lowermost ridge of the opposed side faces of the base 6. In addition, the device is provided with an attachment.detachment mechanism 5 fixing the base 6 to a radio wave transmission reception section 77 of an antenna 7 and a horizontal adjustment means 4 with two orthogonal axes to adjust the setting face 3 horizontally.
