<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable plant operators to speedily and accurately recognize an alarm generation state if an abnormality occurs to the plant by providing an alarm discrimination unit and an alarm generating device which discriminates the alarm attribute of a plant state signal by the alarm discrimination unit and outputs the alarm from a sound source corresponding to the alarm attribute to a specific auditory information output device. SOLUTION: Plant state signals 3 and 3' are inputted partially to the alarm discrimination unit 4. The alarm discrimination unit 4 discriminates whether or not the plant state signals enter an alarm state, and compares the inputted plant state signals 3 and 3' with alarm generation conditions to judge that the plant state signals is in the alarm state when the plant state signals meet the alarm generation conditions. The alarm generation device 5, on the other hand, discriminates the alarm attribute of the plant state signals that the alarm discrimination unit 4 discriminates to be in the alarm state, and outputs the alarm from the sound source corresponding to the alarm attribute to a specific sensory information output device 12.</p> |
