PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical instrument capable of providing various switching patterns by the operation by a single foot and a single hand. SOLUTION: This pedal switch has a first pedal 1, a second pedal 2, a first switch 7 and second switch 8 operated by the first pedal 1, and a third switch 9 operated by the second pedal 2, and it is constituted in such a manner that the second switch 8 is ON when the first pedal 1 is lightly pressed, and both the second switch 8 and the first switch 7 are ON when the first pedal 1 is deeply pressed. Thus, four kinds of switching patterns can be provided by the combination of the pressing of the second pedal 2 with the light pressing and deep pressing of the first pedal 1. This pedal switch is used as the keyboard of an electronic keyboard musical instrument, and, for example, various code patterns are conformed to four kinds of switching patterns. |
