PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a draw-out type circuit breaker between the connecting position and the disconnecting position without opening a front door by providing a thread shaft screwed into a nut fixed in a housing and perforating an insertion hole for passing a handle connected to the thread shaft in the front door. SOLUTION: When a draw-out type circuit breaker 11 is pulled out from the connecting position P to the disconnecting position Q, a handle 33 is inserted into the insertion hole 34 of a front door 10 and the insertion hole of a front plate 30 without opening the front door 10. At that time, when the draw-out type circuit breaker 11 is in the closed state, the handle 33 cannot be inserted because a shutter is closed to close the insertion hole. The draw-out type circuit breaker 11 is cut off and at the same time interlock is released and the shutter is opened to open the insertion hole. The handle 33 is inserted into the insertion hole to fit the pin of its tip into the groove of a thread shaft 19 and to rotate the handle 33 in a minus direction.
