PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore especially a signal of a high frequency component among packet signals lost due to a network fault. SOLUTION: The signal restoring device discriminates missing blocks a1 and blocks a0 , a2 without missing from plural received signal blocks and assumes duplication of part of signal components in the missing blocks a1 and part of signal components in the blocks a0 , a2 without missing to be duplication blocks b0 , b2 . Then discrete Fourier transformation(DFT) is applied to the blocks a0 , a2 without missing to generate each block information A1 to obtain approximate values B0 (k), B2 (k) of a coefficient B1 based on each block information A1 , inverse discrete Fourier transformation is applied to them to generate duplicate blocks b0 , b2 including error signal components e0 , e2 , the result of DFT to the error signal components e0 , e2 is obtained respectively as errors E0 , E2 and signal components of the missing blocks a1 are estimated from the errors E0 , E2 . |
