PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain desired effect with minimum delay required for high-speed processing of data by performing a predetermined deforming process for data forming an initial image so that data representing pixels forming a deformed image are generated. SOLUTION: An image processing system 1 includes a RAM store 2 which has an address specified by an address bus multiplexer 3, receives data through a data bus multiplexer 4, and outputs it. The operation of the whole system 1 is controlled by a control microprocessor 5. Then this control microprocessor 5 discriminates a block of data including all pixels of an initial image contributing deformed image pixels, divides the blocks into subblocks, and operates by the pixels of the deformed image so as to calculate one group of deformation coefficeints by the subblocks depending upon predetermined deformation.
