PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic element showing excellent picture quality, a low graininess of a print, and excellent resistance against adhesion and ferrotype in a high temp. and high humidity environment. SOLUTION: The element 12 in a cassette 14 consists of a base body, at least one photosensitive silver halide layer and a nonphotosensitive layer containing polymer particles expressed by formula (A)x (B)y (C)z (I). In formula, A is a polyfunctional ethylene-type unsatd. crosslinking monomer, B is an ethylene-type unsatd. monomer containing carboxylic acid groups, C is a monofunctional ethylene-type unsatd. monomer except for B, x is about 0.1 to 2 (mol%), y is about 35 to 70 (mol%) and z is 100-(x+y) (mol%).
